The project team is multi-disciplinary, comprising two development/ entrepreneurship scholars, one researcher in refugee studies, one historian, two clinical psychologists, one UN official, one NGO official, one investigative journalist, one leadership scholar, and one researcher in education. Five of the team members are originally from Nigeria, and two team members are originally from Cameroon- two of the key countries in the Lake Chad region affected by the insurgency.
